Buildings up to three stories are our standard range. Anything taller requires specialized equipment — lifts, scaffolding, or rope access — which we coordinate on a case-by-case basis. Pricing depends on square footage, service frequency, and access difficulty. A ground-floor storefront with 10 windows is straightforward; a three-story office building with 200 windows and limited parking takes more time and equipment.

Most property managers and HOAs require proof of insurance before we start — we send it over with the contract.
