Pearl Exterior Cleaning started in 2017 to serve residential and commercial properties across Greater King County and the surrounding area. We handle the full range of exterior maintenance — window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, roof moss removal, house washing, solar panel cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning. Most of our customers are homeowners scheduling recurring maintenance to stay ahead of the area's wet climate, though we also work with property managers, HOAs, and business owners who need consistent service.
We use traditional methods and the right equipment for each surface. Windows get cleaned with water fed pole and DI filtered water. Leaving no water spots, no streaks, no drips left behind. Gutters get hand-scooped with extension poles and flushed to test every downspout. Roofs get moss brushed off and treated with zinc sulfate powder — never pressure washed. Siding and painted surfaces get soft washed at low PSI with biodegradable cleaners. Concrete and driveways get hit with rotating surface cleaners that deliver even pressure and cut cleaning time in half.
The area's climate grows moss and algae on everything. Roofs turn green, gutters clog with fir needles, siding develops black streaks, and concrete goes slick. Left alone, it all holds moisture and accelerates rot. Most of our customers schedule service once or twice a year — gutters in spring and fall, windows quarterly, roofs every two years. We can work while you're away; just leave access instructions and we'll send photos when we're done.
We're licensed with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries, bonded, and carry general liability insurance up to $1,000,000 per job. We provide proof of insurance to property managers and HOAs on request.
